$1,000,000

An exceptional opportunity to own 100 feet of shoreline on East Lake Okoboji at 2421 Francis Sites Drive. The property is currently assessed at $1,339,330 but is being offered at $1,000,000. The railroad-tie shoreline and steps leading toward the lake were damaged during the 2024 flooding. Rather than completing the repairs, the seller has priced the property to allow the new owner to design and complete the shoreline improvements according to their own plans. This is a rare opportunity to purchase a desirable East Lake property at a price that reflects the work needed.
