$229,900

Great opportunity for single family residence or continue the current use of a dual rental property. Or perhaps live in one and rent the other. With R3 zoning, this opens up even more possibilities! The location of this property is key with the Splash Pad, Memorial Park, East lake and Hill Ave just down the street. Currently there is a long-term renter in the lower unit and the upper unit is being used as an AirBnB. The property comes on a huge lot and some recent upgrades include a completely updated upstairs/upper unit, as well as some new windows and exterior paint. One lower bedroom is non-conforming.
